    its so chaotic on the Dell account
    nag "loan" 20 agents ang Intuit account for 3 weeks from the dell account cos they are in need of agents.
    heard they will be back after 3 weeks and that the reason of the management is that they dont really recieve a lot of calls lately
    but from the feedback of these people from dell is that they could not even handle the queue of incoming calls then they were deducted of 20 heads that made the queue of incoming calls not manageable anymore. what an unusual and abrupt move from the management just transferring 20 agents in just a snap yet they could not even see the consequence that 20 agents less would mean that there would be a lot of calls waiting or worse abandoned calls

    And i guess we'll never know the real reasons that triggerred the 'abrupt' loan of 15 dell agents. =)
    So easy to make assumptions hehehe

    its the people / management that sucks
    u know the real reason about that loan of agents. in the first place you are a manager.
