Hi. I would like to seek ideas from inspired talents on how to renovate or enhance an old colonial/post-american all wooden house (circa 1950) which I am fixing into a restaurant or cafe. The house is located at a tree-lined street near Gran Tierra Suites/Chong Hua Hospital/Cebu Doctors's Hospital/STk/Kuya Jay etc. I am willing to pay for an implemented concept.

i think you dont need to renovate the place, the way you described it ''old colonial/post-american all wooden house" it already sounds awesome. my idea is you will just have to add more stuffs that make it more old. stick to the original appearance of the house. old is new gudluck
