    simple ra ang tubag ana....Dili kabalo makontento...true noon na kinahanglan tag money or kung asa to ang dakog sweldo benefits kay adto jud..pero unta mag pa experience pud unta na ug dugay ang uban oe..kay maapektohan man pud imong work experiences kay dghn au kag company na gworkan..ma hibong ang tig interview...eheheh

    Work environment, management and stability. Salary is secondary para nako.

    mas mo prefer ko og company na stable og accounts and maayo mo alaga sa ilang mga tao. Not like some companies out there that give big salaries but put you on floating status for weeks with no pay and re-profile you from one account to another with no valid reason even though nag tinarong ang tao. tendency ana ma pul-an ang tao mao na mangapply og lain companya kay nagka buang na og supporta sa ilang mga pamilya.

    First, we need to consider the compensation of the company, the workload of each account that you are handling. Agents just come and go in call center industry for there are lots of call centers that needs your service and you're sure that you will have growth in the company that you choose.

    In my case as college Undergraduate, mu abot jud ang time na mawala na imu gana mgwork. Esp if di jud nimu feel magcolcenter. Ako mapugos ko magwork sa cc kay wala man ko lain madaganan na work kay undrgrad man ko and mao ra pud arang2x ug sweldo. Importante lang jud na happy ka sa imu work para magdugay ka. Sa ako pagka way gana, magpa late nalang ko ug tuyo. Balhin nalang ta basin nay cc job na ma angayan diay nato even though wala sa imu interests.

    daghan cases pwede i-consider pero one thing for sure common sa ato mga pinoy 'dili ma satisfied ug isa ka butang' gusto always naay bago
