why did that mistake happen in the first place? sa aku pagkabaw, sa birth certificate palang daan, kabaw na ta cya nga sayop ang gender even ngskwela pa cya diba. If that's the source of the gender mistake, she should go to the nearest NSO office and talk to someone who can help her..ana raman na, pangutana2 then you get to fix it eventually..it will take time and lots of long lines (hopefully not) lang nuon if that happens kay pila man ka tawu na ilang eprocess ana..maybe you could also check out the NSO website if they have..easy to google raman na..the best way to solve a problem is to go to it's source..know the source, backtrack and then move forward
