1.)Silverstein
Owner sa WTC Building.
Facts:
1.) His building, WTC, does not pass the building standards because of the use of asbestos foam as fire retardant for his steel beams in those building. The use of Asbestos is banned in 1971.
2.) He is not allowed to demolish (by controlled demoliton) his buildings because of the hazards those asbestos will bring to the populace if the building is demolished.
3.) The contract cost to remove those asbestos from the beams will cost him one billion dollars.
4.) months before 911, Silverstein took an insurance policy for the WTC properties for 3.5 billion dollars, the insurance claims includes acts of terrorism.
(After his battle in court, after the 911 report was published.
He actually was awarded 7 billion dollars because his lawyers claimed that he was attacked twice.)

How was that for motive?
And thats just the silverstein side.

We also have the george bush side.
