bro pirmi lng ko install ako modem inig ON nako sa buntag dili namn pod madetect "Not present" status nya.so ako napod install using CD Driver nya ... properly installed npod sya..nya inig ako ishutdown iOn balik dli namn pod madetect..unsa kaha prob ani bro?tnx

unsa imong modem, internal or external? if internal, basin na-a nay problem imong modem bro, usually mao nay sakit sa gubaon na nga internal modem.
if extenal, basin na-a kay gipang install nga application prior before installing/reinstalling the driver of your modem.
wa kaha kay gi-install nga deepfreeze or norton go back nga applications of something?

external imong modem bai? tingalig inig on sa imong PC naka off ang imong modem. unaha ug on ang external modem before nimo turn ON ang imong PC.

tingalig dili na plug and play imong modem... tingalig plug and pray ra :P j/k

@cooldude06 ..wala man ko giinstall na software lain...
@cebutech...... plug and play sya...wa man ni prob before karon raman...sabay sila inig ON nako kay sa UPS man nakaplugged ang modem.

try ibutang sa lain nga usb slot ang imo modem conection bai kung usb na, f kung parallel or serial try limpyohi ang slot basin abog na kaau mao dili mag abot ang iyang contact surface, or try pud ilis sa iya parallel/serial slot

bro, if that's the case, may your modem driver is outdated. download updated driver and update your modem driver. this will resolve your problem...
