paet akong na experience recently. akong 10am flight to manila kay na cancel. technical problem daw. na rescheduled to 6:25pm the same day BUT upon check in gi inform lang kaha mi nga ma delay for 4 hours! alas 11 na gyud tawn mi nakalupad ug 1AM kaha ko ni abot sa balay...hahay

^ It's okay, at least you got home safe. I'd rather have my flight delayed than be in a plane crash.
I had experienced this situation several times in different companies, I just keep my patience and understand that i'ts for the safety of the passengers.

^it's not okay for me, sorry. i believe in being patient (and i was; afterall i waited for 13 hours) but i will always uphold dependability and excellent customer service.
