Rebars = 118.00 (12mm), 96.00 (9mm) - no more update for other sizes
Washed Sand = 1,570.00 (1 truck load)

mga 2 months bai w/o paint.. actually dili na kaayo kinahanglan ug finishing (plastering) kay solid concrete walls man akong gamit (buhos).

Design pa ko. pro final na to nga changes. waiting for the finshed plan. then process na ko sa mga permits. earliest start date would be july. still asking for info pra dli ta mailad kng mgsugod na ang project. in a way kng naay mkbasa ani mktabang pud ta sa naay plano mgbalay.

if we could ask the mod to change the title. so that others can query about construction and not focus on the 300k only.

300 k? It all depends on what are your expectations. What qualities you have in mind. Nag mahal na gyod ang mga construction materials and also labor.
