try this,
adto sa my computer then e check kung unsa nga drive letter ang imong usb.
then adto sa command prompt.
e type unsa na drive letter ang imong usb
Example:
c:\user\documents-and-setting\mydocuments _ (bale mao ni default kunohay)
then and drive letter sa imong usb is drive E.

type e: (press enter)

karon ang default na drive kay sa imong usb.
type attrib -s -a -h *.* /s /d (press enter)

after ana adto sa my computer e open ang imong usb kung naa naba ang ga files na imong gipang balhin. then update dri sa thread.

I suggest you reformat it using windows 7 and it should be NTFS. Any storage above 4GB should be in NTFS.
Athough you can have FAT32 up to 32GB.
