bro sayon ra na.. get your baptismal certificate kay kana ra sayon mausab .. ang birth once stated na ang name.. lisod na usbon... unlike sa baptismal. ad2 sa opis atbang anang cathedral dire sa cebu dapit sa sto. nino forgot the name of the place .. gamay ra bayron.. dad.a pud imong birth certificate.. same issue nahappen sa akong asawa

thanks sa mga nag reply but this has already been solved just last month lang jud...went to manila for this one. and birth certificate and baptismal kay nag coincide na jud. and what I need now is an affidavit if in case masangko. ^_^ how much do you think ang magasto sa affidavit?
