I have just replaced my laptop with the same model 3X including now w/ the new one sealed from the cartoon box as I proved. Pero ang problema after nako gi installan ug windows 7 and drivers as well sus grabe man nuun kaysa una akong gi ilisan like scratching and tear papers if naa gi process. Then ig boot nimo dunggan naay mo spin then ig off dungan nimo naay mo tick...sus I wonder why ASUS never check this thing out to some of their models. Naay mga HDD na problemado.

The unit itself walay problema ko nice kaayo pero ang HDD rajud. Tomorrow me and the store tech will go to the supplier and have the HDD replaced them. I dont like to shift to other brand. This HDD is seagate momentus 2.5 5400RPM 320GB forgot the model so kamo be careful sa ani when you get seagate hdd's. My 3.5 desktop HDD slim seagate has no problem ever very silent thats why I believe sa mga sulti nga sa ma timingan lang jud sa batch defects.

Update: Ilisan ug HDD nila sa 3 ka model ani ako gi ilisan kay same issue sa HDD pero at least na ilisan na ug new pud then so far so good. Thanks

I dont like seagate mobile HD, dali ra maguba... Or signature na sa seagate ang ticking sounds when accessing data.
