Inspired by the deadly tension of the Cold War era and its extension into modern times (as well as unofficially based on the climactic scene from the movie WarGames), in this game you must manage a full-on global nuclear war exchange, attempting -- likely in vain -- to minimize casualties in a war of planetary devastation.
