A lot of callcenters now are hiring no brainer agents. All they just do is follow scripts and kindergarten instructions like "if your customer will ask this and that just read this line or respond that..." I swear I know alot of agents who are trying hard and only has their left brain got developed, the right side has melted or must have decayed a long time ago.LOL

Anyway, I still believe agents are spoonfeed with instructions and everything.

OnT: sus, ug kamo pa lang mag-atubang ug problema taga gabie na di mo kaingon na no-brainer ang CC.. tsk tsk.. though naay mga sayon na issues, its not always the case. it requires analysis esp ng mga complicated na issues.

hmmmmmmmmmmm..... for me, I don't think that call center is a no brainer. Kana diay mga technical support agents...it also need brain to analyze/solve problem of a client's software or hardware.

TS, pasagdi lang na uban mo discriminate sa call center agents....suya lang na sila kay dagko man ang salary sa call center agents....LOLz
