@ JEREMIAHJAY ... I dont know if that is the only reason ( the mod doesnt like the user ) but if you can identify that moderator and proof of your claim then we can settle that here . If you think na it will cause more trouble rather than solve the problem by publicly divulging it , PM the administrators and SENIOR MODS . Just make sure to back it up na documented gyud siya sa claim nimo na a moderator BANNED a member just because that mod doesnt like that forumer .

What if kung kabolastugan ug public misinformation ang ginapost sa poster, and the moderator has sufficient knowhow on the topic to actually state that the thread starter is misleading the public with the topic? Dili pwede nga pasagdan ra na tungod kay mod ka--dapat you have to deal with it because public misinformation is HARMFUL.

this is especially true sa health and fitness.Especially if concerning medications or certain medical conditions.Di man ta kadeny nga naa uban nga na-stuck up sa panahon ni kupong2x....di man tanan traditional medicine effective sa tanan medical condition...naa certain medical condition nga musamot if gamitan ug traditional medication.

But since wala man cguro moderator aneh nga category....awa diba dghan aung mga Mr and Ms Know it all....

I personally have problems with these kinds of threads. We are in essence, a bunch of benevolent dictators ... yet we are asking people what they think of our actions? We ask people to use proper avenues to voice their concerns, but I do not know if this is the right avenue. The only upside to this thread is it is somewhat civil compared to other threads in the same vein.

Now to answer direct questions.

@hizuka ... I do not know how science can be "biased". It either is or isn't. If I reprimanded you, then all you know is that I reprimanded you, you have no idea if I did the same to the moderator. So as far as you know, I was biased. I try not to make an example of a moderator in public, and I am not going to start just so you feel justified that I have given you the feeling that you were being treated fairly. As far as I am concerned, I am in the right to ban you outright for even creating multiple accounts. I have banned your previous accounts, I can do so again.

@mokiloo ... you were given an infraction because you promoted piracy. You did not simply state that they exist. You gave directions. I am not dumb. Do you really believe that you are getting off because of a technicality ... that you didn't commit piracy yourself? If one links to a site that has pirated files and has instructions on how to pirate files ... then they are given an infraction. How is your case any different? Yes you point out a physical location where piracy exists ... but the end result is the same ... people are led to piracy by way of iSTORYA. Pointing out that others do it without getting infractions has two logical flaws. First off, you don't know that others weren't given infractions. Secondly, just because they have not gotten caught, doesn't make your offense right and thus "OK" to do.

Agree to Vern's statements , after reading rules, or say in general right and wrong. People are given personal responsibility, a Conscience if u will - the sense or consciousness of the moral goodness or blameworthiness of one's own conduct, intentions, or character together with a feeling of obligation to do right or be good. Some people forget this and seem to justify action by a good sounding reason.
