IMO, I don't think members deserve a warning. Since this is a forum and there are rules to abide, everything or anything you post will be used against you. You violate, you received infraction. And I think infraction has this message on where you err. But still you could explain your side politely as mods will reverse the infraction if it was given by mistake. And whining in public will cost you another infraction. I just knew these things when I re-read forum rules. So do you guys. (Note: I'm not a perfect person though but I try my best to be a law abider here in Istorya)

I hope mos tick lang ta sa reason why the thread existed hehehe .

Lets place the discussion somehwere if it doesnt relate to the voices of the regular members regarding their suggestions on how to to make iSTORYA.net better by suggesting and commending the MODS on how to do it .

I used to say " are you lecturing me " , " dont tell me what to do " or " ikaw na lang pag MOD " but trust me , I personally have learn from others as well lately on how to deal with it inside the forums .

Some have spoken and directed concerns sa specific mods .

How about you make it effective to start if you think its not .... do you have concerns or suggestions to me , the admin and the rest of the mods sa mga angay i improve sa amoang leadership diri ?

I am not aniticipating nor expecting anything from this thread that is why it is UNOFFICIAL but it defeats the purpose of not making anything at all yet people are whining like babies kay this and that ang MODERATOR .

Spring this reminds me when i was still in school. We were asked to evaluate our teacher; ang uban mosip2 as defense mechanism, ang uban mo honestly say they're opinion or remarks, ang resulta initan (murag takuri)..dayon ang teacher mangasaba sa klase modefend dayon why ingon ana siya.. Instead mo reflect sa iya kaugalingon how to improve himself/herself... Like the Jo hare window (if my spelling is correct), Something that you don't that others see.

The first 3-4 pages naay uban on fighting stance, ang mods sad on the defensive mode...

Dapat siguro ani ipaexpress lang ang mga tawo sa ila point..I moderate lang...walay personalan... after all, we all (You and me) benefited from istorya...

So far oks man ang mga mods. Naa lang jud uban na mapansin nako na harsh or sarcastic na magreply sa mga posts. i don't know kung para nila oks lang ilang way of replying pero ako lang ma suggest na unta kung magreply, dapat naa jud respect kay mga tao man pod ning mga ordinary users diri sa istorya (like me, hehe) og people may get the wrong idea about sa mod kay lahi-lahi man ta og mindset.

I believe dondon is a good example of how a moderator should be (no bias here. the guy doesn't even know me hehe) kay kalmante ni siya mamadlong (mapansin nako ni siya usahay sa chatbox). Keep up the good work bai.

I agree with you regarding sa comparison but someone has to take the first step .

Just put it this way , kamo mga constituents has the right to see , examine and evaluate the lifestyles of the politicians and in that order , regular forumers / members has the right also to voice out what they feel is the need for a better forum ( not that its not in good shape right now ) by the balance and check of the leadership of MODS .
