agree ko ani money eater ang globe dili lang ka-usa kadaghan jud..asa na man to gipasalig ni enrille nga dili na mo-expire ato load? dapat lang dili na mo-expire kay ato na gud nah gibayaran ngano ila man kuhaon, kawatan jud. no wonder nidatu samot ni mga network.

Possible nah..there are number of reasons why mawala ang load.
There are system technical problems and also, virus in your unit that causing to deplete your loads.

The system that handles the prepaid network is called Intelligent Network (IN) and a bit complex....another reason of depleting your loads is mobile unit virus..e.g. for example mobile units with symbian OS....as far as I remember at the time of my research, there are 6 varieties of known viruses in symbian OS...the guy who developed these viruses was traced to a guy in Spain and was arrested (not sure what happened to him now)....one of the viruses causing your mobile unit to automatically send persistent MMS to strange mobile numbers...even if you're roaming in other countries...so just imagine the cost....I experienced this myself..that's why I made some research then to equip myself with knowledge to make a value argumentation to my service provider.

At first, my wife started to complain about why the monthly bills seemed not right...ug dako ra compare sa iyahang normal usage....at times, she doubted that the children were the culprits...maybe indiscrimately using her phone w/o her knowledge... after her persistent complaints...I started to investigate...Good thing, the service was post-paid and looking at the current and previous, it was very visbility that there were disputed MMS calls made and the time intervals of these "calls" were really not normal....at times, there were overlappings....and there were many MMS calls when we were roaming in Bangkok and international charges applies....I think when I traced the bills for about few short months back....I was charged about Php10K....so just imagine how millions of subcribers they have and let's just say, only few percentage were affected with these amount...just imagine how much money these providers were and are still making..because they don't want and still refused to address this problem...

For us , Postpaids, it is easy to back trace...but how about the many prepaid subs where you don't have visibility of your usage

There you go...one of the impact of only one variety of this symbian virus...ang faet, it caused a 'lil tension within the family kay we thought it was the children until I seriously spent time to do some investigations....and still these providers refused to morally be responsible to protect their system which is available and they are aware of it...unless, nagbinugo sila...which I think they are..."ngano mag mu-invest man sila ug system protections, where in fact, nakakwarta sila ug millions because of these viruses eating our loads??!!!"""
