uh, for everyone here condemning the demands of these students, unsa man mo, are you citizens of your country or not? if you are, then you should know that you have the RIGHT TO DEMAND SERVICES FROM YOUR GOVERNMENT!!!!

nevermind nga way tahal ang serbisyo. kabalo mo nganong wa nay ayo? because mao nay inyong gi-expect unya inyo nalang nang gidawat! dili man gud mo mubarog sa inyong katungod. magsige lag "di ta kasalig sa gobyerno", "survival of the fittest", "ayaw nalang pagsalig...". WTF!!! ga ayo lang yawyaw, wa diay baruganan.

of course, siguroa ang inyong kaugalingon pero, at the same time, have the patience and the courage to point out the flaws of governance and demand the services that you are entitled to.

naa poy uban diri, nagpataka lang ug pamasangil. i am no fan of the current president pero, sus intawon, bago pa intawon na galingkod diha. gasunod ra intawon na sa palpak sa mga gauna. tawon pud uy, look further than your own nose!!!

Everyone has the RIGHT TO DEMAND. But anyone WHO COMPLAINS and wants to be treated like someone IMPORTANT after making a DEMAND and WHINING when that DEMAND is NOT MET deserves to be screwed

ang point is, ayaw pag huwat sa gobyerno molihok para nimo. yes you are a tax payer, you have the right to demand. pero, naa naka sa imong saktong panghuna2x ug unsay angay nga initiative intawn oi. gusto nalang d i nga magpa spoon-feed pa, kuwang nalang ang gobyerno ang mo usap para nimo.

its your life at stake, so ikaw ang nakahibalo sa mga initiatives. kung mamatay ang usa, ang e blame ang gobyerno dayun kay walay gibuhat or kuwang ang gi buhat...mao nay pang huna2x sa mga militante nga walay laing lingaw, kundi mag rally (they're just dragging us to the mud with them).

sakto gyud d i ang gi ingun ni kennedy, "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" pasabot ana, ayaw tanan e salig sa gobyerno kay di ra sad ikaw ang gi atiman sa gobyerno, lihok pod ug imo.

i pity those students i bet they are hungry, nagpanic buying bya didto. food supplies are running low. plus its cold ug sige aftershock.

mao pud nay nakanindot diha. didn't i point out nga dapat maniguro pud ka? pero the fact still remains that, if you want your government to work for you, you have to stand up for your rights and demand for the services that you are entitled to!

para maklaro, if dili nila mahatag, that does not mean dili nalang pud ka molihok. pero, the point is, make the DEMAND and EXPECT something to happen.

"Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" -> yes, i get the line, you don't have to explain it to me. but i'm tired of this b.s. being used whenever the government fails to step up and do what it is supposed to do: SERVE THE POPULACE!

@DeathFox: these students are ENTITLED to proper government services. they do not deserve to be screwed. they paid their dues, and even if they did not, the fact that they are filipinos makes it the responsibility of the philippine government to ensure their safety. whether it can or cannot is not the point i am raising.

the point i am raising is that they have the RIGHT to make their demands and to EXPECT those demands to be met. it is their privilege and their birth right.

these students are within their rights to make these demands. we should respect and support them. citizens have the right and the duty to hold the government accountable for their safety.

So we should just send more people on a place that still has a nuclear problem. We should disregard the safety of other safety workers and do an extraction coz these brats are throwing a tantrum.

"We demand the government of the Philippines to utilize all possible resources to EVACUATE"
The fact is, there are already aid workers there. But the help that they are receiving is not the help they are wanting. Beggars can't be choosers. So yeah, they can screw themselves.
