not totally an anti-crime tool, but it can help prevent crimes in certain aspect or at least ginagmay ba...magsugod man jd nas gamay dba...

God, if this proposition be approved, why not we as citizens just try support it (even try) and let this run its course?? proposal pa gani daghan na ug negativities, or some will even conclude na daan nga it's bound to/going to fail..tsk tsk tsk...that's not fair man pd...

criminals might be able to find ways to counter this sim registration, but i think our government authorities will do counter measures of their own para ma improve or develop ang system...it's never ending learning process...just like hackers ug antivirus/firewall companies gd, hackers make viruses, then antivirus makes a fix for it, a few weeks or months after the fix, the hacker launches another wave of virus, then so on and so forth...i hope you get my point..

if our so-called Commission on Human Rights even shows/tells us that criminals also have their 'rights'(though i somehow disagree at some point depending on the gravity of the offense/crime), why can't we let these lawmakers who proposed this bill get their chance on doing something about minimizing the crime rate dba? let them do their thing first and let's see how this bill work if ma approve before ta mu judge dayon or mureklamo...chill lang gd guys, proposal pa gani kontra na ang uban...

unsaon pag asenso nato kung ing-ani ang mentality sa uban or kasagaran tawo? geez...

Accountability is not the answer, it could be more dangerous if we have it that way. Its likely useful in other countries, but implementing this here in PH where justice system is rotten, believe me more fall guys get prisoned they never did.
