bitaw oi.. to overlap the OTs.. unsaon man sad jud sa nga kung mag morning shift, gamay sad kaayo sweldo di ba? di ba?

diri sa office kai office hours jud ang full blast trabaho.. pero 24/7 support man ang agreement sa client mao nang ngita sila ug voluteers .
volunteer dayon kow kai 14 - 17 days work ra in a month.. more than 2 days off per week .. naa pa jud extra income wala pud hasol kung naa paliton or mo adto government office

inig human sa trabaho on.. sleep mode ..

yup, night shift for 16 yrs and still running in full swing,hehehe....kuwang ra na sa hapyud miss para mohatod,ayaw lang pod palab i,hehehe

para tingali nimo sir ang 20% nigh diff not worth it.. pero kami mga dili kwartahan dako na kaayo na tabang sa amo a

kami wala night diff pero most of the time almost 50% sa amo basic addtional sa sweldo plus ang more than 2 days off in a week
