yes the landline is important if you dont have a credit card in any bank for 1 year use, but HSBC it is ok if no homephone. tnx

mercy_022 do u process extensions? my dad who's in the states ryt now gusto sya i'll use his card as an extension. more than 2 months na i never heard a feedback from the agent who process it! it's fully paid man unta both master and visa. i sent the form sa US for my dad's signture. can u help me with this? pls.pm me.....nid your reply

naka try me ug apply for extension thru the customer service lang. we dial the 1800 no sa bank. it was fast and very convenient.
