    - Change video card to HD4650
    - Pick a better board
    - If you still have extra budget, get a "decent" PSU
    - Also, change the LCD monitor to LED (I think there's a BenQ/AOC at 4.7k)

Its possible to wall mount but you need to check the back of the monitor if it has vesa wall mount support. These are getting rare these days with LCD monitors.

*get a better motherboard. something with AMD 770 or 870 chipset for pure AM3 cpu support(ddr3 and ht 3.0) mcp61 series chipsets are already tooooo old...
*get seagate hdd for better warranty options
*get HD4650 DDR3 at least for videocard,
*get a better-brand lcd monitor, LG, AOC or samsung. check its native resolution if it can support 1440x900 minimum.
*if naa ba budget, replace PSU with branded and tru-rated powersupplies.

So far, the only cheap but good PSU I can recommend would be the "FSP Supersonic 500watts". Costs about Php 1,950 at PCExpress (just check kung naa pa cla stocks - last time nag.order kog 20 units ani para sa cafe sa akong amigo) but I certainly can attest that this thing is worthy despite its ordinary looks.

Wa rabah ko kasuway og wallmount anang mga monitor bros... try to check lng nya. You can bring your mount and suway og sokud kung fit ra xa or kung pwede bah. I think LED monitors consume lesser power compared to LCD monitors (correct me if I'm wrong).
