Guys, please help me and i need some answers. My motorcycle is in Cebu, its still Encumberged, im in manila now, i wanna bring it here. and its still a temp plate and is already expired just this febuary, pwede lang ba OR xerox,CR xerox because encumberged pa ,Valid IDs ko and pwede lang ba dito ko na iparehistro? what Boat? magkano kaya? price doesnt matter as long as madala ko na yon dito... please help me. Thank u
