Due to the fact the country's economy is still impotent (and forever will be) , business owners are pulling deceitful acts to the slightly below middle-class citizens who happens to be at their establishment to feed their pockets . Business owners like the modus cuz the citizens won't fight for it and will just pay instead to prevent themselves from embarrassment like the TS felt during the incident !
