Ako experience bai, kay kung mu open ko ron ug account through IMG, ang ma palit nga price ana kay mga about 1 week from now, pero ako purpose ako Mutual Fund kay long term man, so dili ko mo mind kung unsa to nga NAVPS ako na palit. Importante nga mu accumulate kag shares in the long term. Kay sure jud ko mu gain ang MF basta long term, kung short term lang imu dayon baligya.on imu shares, aw dili pud ko mu advice ug MF.

OT : 3 na kabook ako Mutual Fund account, mas maayo gina spread nimu into several baskets imung kwarta para maka lessen ka sa exposure, naa pud ko Kaiser(Protection sa ako investment incase ma hospital ko), Cocolife(protection ako investment para mapasa ako estate didto ako family incase something happends to me), ug 6 months savings sa bank(incase mu hinay ang negosyo nako naay back up, if you earn 100k/month, dapat naa kay emergency funds nga 600K).

hmmm so if i decide na mg open na sa regular na account need pa diay itransfer koa stocks form eip to the regular account>? ky dili mn gyud dako ako budget but through time mu reach n nko ang 25k para sa reg account then mao na na ako chance pg open..

Bro kanang 5k nmo makapalit nka ug stocks ana without using EIP. Nakasuway ko ana before, wla ra kaabot ug 25k akong money but nakapalit raman ko ug stocks. I think ang EIP is for the sake of segregation of stocks ra na cya and for sked purposes. Unlike sa regular account, ang EIP kay naay investment sked like, weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annually... kaw ray magbout sa imong sked, pwd ra mud ka mo skip sa imong sked if wla pakay money. Based sa akong experience bro, kanang 5k pwd ra na ipalit ug stocks maskin sa regular account pa.

thanks for the info. not to worry, naa man gud ko plan next month nga mo invest para sa ako two kids, tagsa sila. YES, it is a long term plan for the future. I do have cocolife for life insurance, naghinay2x ug save for emergency fund.

mutual funds are invesment companies na regulated og registeres sa SEC. ang UITF kay trust product na gina offer sa bangko and govern by central bank. ang kalainan kay mas dako lang minimum investment sa UITF, pero sko nahibal an sauna walay sale charge ang UITF, unlike sa mutual fund

sa mutual fund u buy shares, so ikaw investor shareholder ka,naa kay power to elect designated fund manager. sa UITF u buy unit.

pareho rag risk ning duha..depende sa performance sa ilang asset manager.
