Case Airflow: Positive or Negative?

positive pressure..
1. cool air is only sucked in by the fans..
2. excess air is being blown out by the exhaust fans and vents on the casing preventing/reducing dust build-up..
3. since air is only being introduced by the fans.. dust can be controlled via fan air filters..
4. less problems with dust build-up..

negative pressure..
1. cool air is being sucked in by all directions even on cracks and vents..
2. additional cool air from other areas help in reducing the temperature inside the case..
3. dust is hard to control since it can pass via cracks and vents without filters..
4. more problems with dust build-up..

DEPENDS ON ROOM TEMPERATURE
room a/c at medium to hi cool ----------- room a/c off to low cool
2 120mm front - intake ----------- 2 120mm front - intake
2 140mm sidepanel -intake ----------- 2 140mm sidepanel -exhaust/reversed rotation
via fan controller
1 140mm top - intake ----------- 1 140mm top - exhaust/reversed rotation
via fan controller
psu fan -intake ----------- same
1 120mm rear - exhaust ----------- same
i use positive airflow if on ang aircon and negative airflow kung off, used a fan controller that can reversed rotation of fans.

naa diay fan controllers that can reverse the the rotation of the fan by simply turning the knob counter clockwise?....and what kind of airflow is that when you reverse the rotation of the fan?

this is just an experiment, no scientific basis, but i just simply want the cold air flow INSIDE my case when the room is cold, by having more intake fans than exhaust, while if at room temp. (electric fan lang) i switch to using more exhaust fans than intake (blows out the heat generated inside the case). As for the fan controller with reversed rotation features.......it will be on production soon, hehehe, bitaw bro HOME MADE ra ang fan controller with separate supply, Paabot pako sa prototype kung naa man gani magbuhat
