lagi mao jud ang kasagaran probs, naa sad ko dire mga kaliwat puros naa jud sipyat, misspelled, dual name, gender, birthdates, etc...

kasagaran raba kay clerical error, ang nag type ang sayop. then tungod sa ang mga tawo sauna kay wala sad know how.

i kaso pana part...naa pud mi colleague sauna nga ng review na xa nya naai problem ang iyang gender....wa jud xa ka take....kana imong wife d pud na ka take...........i consult og lawyer............

need ko help, ako wife kay naa nasayop sa iya birth certificate, the problem is iya gender, instead of female, male ang naka sulat..
now, she can't take a board exam cause sa iya problem, anyways she is a education graduate, sayang kaayo if dili ka board..
unsa man ako buhaton first, i mean para maka save ko sa gasto bah..

same dyud ni sa issue sa akong sister..nursing pud xa graduating this month.
Dili pud ka take exam kay wala pa na fix iya papers,,it'll take 6 month to resolve this issue.

among gibuhat kay among gicontact among kaila nga abugado...actually ma process na nila for only 10K, pero if muadto kas public attorney sa city hall pabayron ka nilag 25K. Ayaw dyud pailad anang mga public attorney kay unta they work for the people pero mas dako na nu-on bayad.

after 3 months ma release na to papers sa akong sister , ma change na iya gender to female kay December pa man tu namo gi process.

Requirements diay ana kay school records sa elementary & highschool, pictures tung gamay pa xa. medical records niya, mas dali ang process if magpa ultrasound xa tu prove na naa xa uterus..
