Worst Callcenter at the moment?

been working in different callcenters for the past 4 years..started etel before year 2007 nag AWOL ko kay wala nako nakaya ang vonage nga account..magka heart attack ko kadugayan..hahahaha..first timer paman gud ko ato, then worked in teletech, niresign ko..balhin cvg naterminate ko..worked in eperformax niresign nasad ko..i admit nga bati jud ako performance before..cge ko late, absent so for me wala sa company ang problema..thu bati ako experience sa cvg kay wala man ko gidue process..gitawagan lang ko sako tl nga paariun sa ofc to sign something..mao na diay to terminate on the spot..then 2 years ago, ni apply ko balik etel and kaluoy nadawat ko balik thu la ko nagtell nla nga employee ko before..nice man ang etel when it comes to salary and benefits pero medyo nibati lang cxa pagchange sa stream..pero madala ra japun..hehehe to answer the question: wala koy maingun nga worst so far..ok ra tanan for me..

whew amazing! gidawat japun ka despite the bad record? hehehe. amazing jud ka. ako sa kadghan cc nako, nevermind nalng. but so far pinaka worst nako? 724 hahahaha! kani hands down jud na pinaka worst, more on the management side though.

kuwang cguro kag requirements ?ahaha kay ingon mn 2ng HR f d ka complete sa requirement nya regular naka dli jd mo increase imong sweldo..

Bro, d man cguro ka kastart sa floor kng y requirements, i mean if d ma complete. ila rason ang HR nga ngdawat sa mga requirements namu ne resign then ang nipuli, gi utingkay pa mau amu mga requirements..5 months after na regular wa pa..mynta naa na to karn march or april..kng performance basihan, adto na man na sa QPB..ang ako gi mean is ang basic y increase after regularization..anyway, nakadawat na diay ko ako QPB :P

Wa pa jud ang increase dra namu sa CVG oy. gi atay man ng HR dha. Mag 1 year na ko wa pa koy TIN..cge jud inquire, ingnon lang ta nga fill up ug 1902 nga form where in fact mana man ko submit ani before ko ni start sa floor. PASTILAN!!!! gamay raba au ug basic..giantos nako 11 months. FISH TEA...hoy mga HR sa CVG..naunsa man tawn mo..wa mo mauwaw...
