My friend, who's a gym rat, says that you do the cardio before you do the weights. The weights help tone your body. You primarily do the cardio to burn the fat. When you burn the fat, notice that the skin sags dahil wala ng kinakapitan yung skin na fat---that's when the weights come in.
Yea- sounds more logical to me !Originally Posted by pining
Hehe so divided jud ang tubag. I have done my good amount of research on this baya. Crashburn is right that doing weights burns fat effectively. But so does cardio. So doing both on your workout routine is the best workout compared sa kung weights alone, or cardio alone. I have to admit na mas kapoy mag cardio, huna-hunaon pa lang nako kapoyan nako hehe... pero aside sa weight loss benefit sa cardio, remember that it makes your heart stronger and healthier.
Now, as to the orginal query of this thread, depende ra gyud nimo guro. When i started working out, cardio jud ko then weights. Pero eventually ni change akong routine. Mag light cardio ko in the beginning, para pangpukaw lang sa dugo, pero ang actual cardio exercise jud nako is after weights na, i find it more sustainable.
