    This really depends on the person if he makes it a long term job. Sa akong mga na kita sa uban, they apply because dako sweldo. They resign kai naay mas dako nga offer. Career growth? how can there be a career growth if they keep on call center hopping. Mao man na ang una pangitaon sa managers if and when they decide to apply for an officer position. If sa uso uso lang and in the long run they will work sa ilang field, there's no other industry na mas dako sweldo sa entry level as call centers. Again, this will depend napud sa taw if maka dawat ba cya na iya sweldo for an entry level will only be 8-9k as compared to a 15-20k

    It's really nonsense and wierd...

    Call Center agents resign from their work because of boredom... Then later on, they end up to another call center as well...

    Naa koy amigo ani, ECE siya gikan taiwan. Ni sulod ciag BPO, then ne resign kay boring kuno call center, then dili related sa iya work... Expect ko nga mang apply siya ug pang ECE nga work... Nibalik ra ghapon ug call center...

    i think it's bec naa man guy mga taw na dali madawat bitaw then magsalig sila na makakita silag lain dayun if manghawa sila plus the point nga kapoy jud ang job. I think nagapas pud sila sa pay after resignation ug sa signing bonus!
