I have listed a few of the best times to show how simple and inexpensive life was.

Modernization and technology do have their advantages and pros. But they sure do have their cons as well.

Real warm live person to person communication is almost nil due to complex lifestyles. The snail mail took weeks to get through. Example, letters sent to Manila from Cebu took a week to arrive. Letters were shipped via boats and delivered by carteros who literally walked his route everyday!) However, the modern day person may not be familiar on how to write a formal letter. he he he
