i have observed that also. sunburst sm's service is crap. kapila na ko ana nga amo drinks limot-limotan mu end up ako nay mu kuha sa counter. sometimes, ako pa ang mu kuha sa sukli sa counter kay limot-limotan sad ang sukli. naa na silay waiter diha nga dumbass kaayo. same waiter na siya sa osmena blvd before. got peanuts for a brain.

20minutes has passed and I havent got my freaking menu to order..

Wow, you are a very patient person. I wouldn't last that long - ten five minutes of waiting and I would have grabbed the nearest waiter that passed by me and demanded a menu.

ka bad pud oie, in the first place sila jud na dapat una moduol hatag sa menu dili ky ikaw pa ang motawag nila.. in.ana man ang uban resto.. dili man pudko tigkaonan ug sunburst.. mas okay pa sa ayala..

wala gyud na silay klaro dha.. before dha mi tig kaon taga anha namo permi lang ko saputon kay langayan kaayo. kadtong naa na sunburst sa Ayala wala na gyud mi mobalik dha sa SM. hahahaha..

mao jud...wala silay customer service...wala siguro kaagi ug seminar ang mga crew dra...hehehehehe..hope that someone from their company could read this post to reach their attention...kung akoy tag.iya sa sunburst mawagtangan ko ug halin aning mga tawhana...bad for busines...tsktsk..

honestly, i also crave the sunduo chicken in sunburst... of all sunburst branches, sa legaspi street ako nahan... wala pako ka try sa ayala and atbang sa mango square... dili ko nahan sa sunburst sa SM... mokaon lang ko diha basta naa mo-invite nako, pero akong gasto, dili ko diha sa sunburst SM...

Agree ko ani 150%....the best SunBurst branch here in Cebu, in taste and in service, is their first branch sa Legaspi.......atimanon dyud ka sa mga waiters. Although dili pang-sosyal ang ambiance, the food is more important......
