i think this is true. i have read around three articles stating that our body can only digest 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. for the athletes its around 2-3g per kilogram of body weight. so if a person weighs 75 kg, his body can only consume at most 112g of protein a day.
of course you will not notice the side effects until you get old, just like other vices.

it's always best to take an advice from health professionals not from salesmen.
mag milo nalang ko...

Ketosis? are you kidding me? Ketosis only happens when you don't take in carbs and take in high amounts of fats. What does protein have to do with ketosis?
Blood turning to acidic? Well duh. Protein = Amino ACIDS. <------ ACIDS
Osteoporosis.. Isn't that why we are recommended to take in high amounts of calcium when we exercise?
TS fail

Bisan unsa pa nga post inyo ibutang diri about how dangerous Whey protein is, that will not stop meatheads from consuming Whey, or large amounts of protein for that matter.
From a health perspective, gym rats will be better off than the majority of the population, Whey protein or none.
based sa akong experience with whey
1. lactose is lactose pero some brand like ON is lacto friendly.. pero if di gud ma dala there are egg or soy based protein..
2. & 4. drink plenty of water, everyone who trains and supplements properly know the importance of proper hydration
3. I feel slight pain sa ako knees.. pero mo hitabo ra nah after heavy squats pero after a week I'm as good as new.. no pain in other joints
5. ketosis is not advisable sa mga diabetics, I've tried a keto diet (which revolves around the ketosis idea) nag pa blood test ko.. tanan normal..

in short ra gud consult your doctor if not sure.. not a friend or someone you see sa gym kay what works for one might not work for you.. and if ma all green ka sa doctor, read the label gud sa product imu gi gamit..
