I have already requested the removal of the said ads since CPX doesn't offer any filtering controls through their control panel. If the ads will still appear after 48 hours, I will stop serving CPX ads.

If you're using a home PC and concerned that your kids, or any kid in your house for that matter, would see those ads then a temporary solution would be to use Firefox and install the NoScript plugin to block those ads. The adverts are, at times, useful though so I generally allow them to pass thru NoScript. If you want to block it, simply forbid doubleclick.net and googlesyndication.com from the NoScript button at the bottom of Firefox.

That's the function of NoScript (as what the name entails). It pre-emptively blocks malicious scripts but you can still allow scripts to run on trusted site like istorya.net. Me, I use Adblock Plus and no issues on my end.

As I said, only forbid doubleclick.net and googlesyndication.com, allow everything else and istorya will load just fine. That's the beauty of NoScript, you get to choose which elements to block or allow.
