like sa akoa i have 18.5" & 19" monitor

Ang windows 7 man gud kung mo open ka ug games nga dili wide screen support dili man gud niya e-stretch like sa Vista ug sa XP nga iya e-adjust ang display para ma fit jud ang game sa screen unlike sa 7, magagad man ang 7 sa resolution sa Monitor ang 7 kung dili wide screen imo monitor dili raman pud wide ang screen resolution sa display... Mao na nga naay mura pikas sa kilid sa monitor kung ang game wala other available nga resolution para sa wide screen.....

Widescreen akong laptop, running Win 7 Ultimate. Nakaya ra widescreen ang Warcraft III/DoTA by manually editing the registry bisan wala'y option sa game for widescreen resolutions.

naa sa akong previous post. reposting...

yep, dependent ra jud na sa game. like ang Warcraft 3, di man niya supported ang widescreen so naa jud black areas sa kilid.

but naay way to change that, for Warcraft 3 at least, di ko sure sa uban games. here are the steps:

1. Start>Run then type "regedit" (without quotes)
2. navigate dayon sa HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Blizzard Entertainment > Warcraft III > Video
3. the change ang keys nga resheight ug reswidth. double click the key then choose Decimal then enter your desired value. if imong LCD is 1440x900, then change resheight to 900 and reswidth to 1440. (check sa imong display settings kung unsay supported resolutions sa imong LCD kay ang uban kutob ra 1280x800 ang pde.)

sa uban nga games, if naay .ini sa iyang folder usually diha pde ichange ang screen res settings. if wala, then naa jud na for sure sa registry. CAREFUL lang jud sa pag-edit sa registry kay basin naay matandog lain settings. backup all pertinent data ang pag set og system restore point before doing registry edits.

bro unsa na video card imu gamit? sa akoa kay nvidia pwede nimu na ma upscale, ang plnts vs zombies i think dili suported ang widescreen like sa akoa..

para ma widescreen:

1. Go to invidia control pannel
2. click adjust desktop size and position
3. choose " Use Nvidia Scaling "

Then thats good already.
Tried and tested na sa akoang units. kung ati gani naa raman na sa options sa catalyst

aneh xa ai..ang piso2 nako if emong e on nya dha paka mo holog sa piso nmo inig solod nas desktop kay ang iyang resolution e display kay (1024x76 embes 1440x900 which is ang default res. sa akong monitor...inig duwa namo fullscreen xa..pero if mo holog kag piso beefore mo solod sa desktop kay half screen xa

aah, I see. murag sa software na na sa piso2 bai, iyang kawaton ang focus sa foreground programs? kana murag di na ko katabang ana kay wala ko experience ana, hehe.
