juz wondering.. who really decides fashion? or stuffs like these? like what to wear for this year or what the next trend would be or what vintage year to revive?
is the United States or UK or France or Italy perhaps? that starts it then we just mere follow their style/trend?

and if we say, for locals, i mean, if there are also phils. styles/fashion/trend going on - then who or where did it come from (locally)? manila? then later on people anywhere in the hils. just follow?

or is it Foreign (US/France/etc) -> manila -> everywhere in the phils.

as what i can see recently... murag skin toned colored clothes man yata ang uso..then lacey dresses...may it black..white or skintoned... nice man sad... mga ani gud...

hiya!! mga sistah according to my fave celebrity stylist Gok Wan summer 2011 fashion trends:
any shades of blue
denim its either jacket,skirts,bags,shoes
brights are always in any shades of orange,yellow,green,red,hot pink
nude tones and lavender are also coming back
bootleg jeans is in and the skinny jeans is out
any floral tops preferrably floaty type,maxi dress,tunics & accessories
LWD (little white dress)
simple white shirt
flatform wedges is also back
