Hmmm as far i understand , clay bar would work for dirts that are invisible but can be felt by touch. I hope it would also work for the very noticeable dirt on the area I showed.. Anyway, ill try them out.

claybar removes visible and invisible dirts that bonds on your car's paint. it will even remove oversprays.
