EON is good, but UNIONBANK customer service is BAD.... I MEAN THE WORST

mao jud! i remember na-debitan ko sa akong EON. the whole day kong sigeg tawag, intawon way jud tubag. i had to go to the bank na lang para ma-file akong complaint.

murag two weeks man gani. i hope this time dali na lang. kay akoa murag 2006 pa akong eon.

7 biz days ra. then after getting the card, another 1 biz day para activate sa card. then another na pd kung pa enroll nimo online. imbaha

Kinsa na.charge.an na ug ANNAUL FEE(php 350) this year? Akoang account na.deduct.an twice jud.. wala pa jud response till now.. it happened last march 15 pa..
