if they are not married, then by law, the baby should be carrying the mother's family name. para lang dili magka problema ang bata puhon inig dako na.
sagdi lang emotional issues, mulabay ra na.

mao lage pero sa birth certificate gd ang ipa register ang parents sa bata kai ang name sa grandparents sa bata. Mugawas sibling ra sya sa iya kaugalingong anak.

this is illegal under the Civil Code of the Philippines if they make it appear in the birth certificate nga ang grandparents ang parents.

i think false representation carries a maximum penalty of 6 years in this case.
