ok ra man palit 2nd hand basta kasaligan lang ang seller.... Unya honest-say lang jud ang best policy ani...
I sold two d70 bodies diri sa istorya... one at 2007, the other at 2008.... up to now ako gicheck sa buyer buhi pa ang units! happy kaayo ang buyers!

labi sa sama nako or namo nga mag baligya-ay pud dire nga tarong gyud...
nya barato pa kaayo.

puede ra ayaw lang sa ibutang ang name sa seller... ato lang sa tan-awon kung unsa jud ang problema, hardware o basin human error na.... so post pics nga kuha sa "defective" nga camera.

Sakto don't rush in Buying Expensive Pre-Owned Items.
(i will use pre-owned since we are not even aware if its a 3rd hand, 4th hand or nth hand item)

But also, we should not RUSH in our Judgement that its the SELLER's fault.
we don't know if the seller is aware of the problem and deliberately witheld the info
we don't know yet if its a hardware problem or a software problem sa DSLR.
might be the sensor or the shutter but can't rule out.

If the agreement was AS IS WHERE IS ... and the seller promised no guarantee or the buyer didn't ask for one. Why blame the SELLER?

Yes mga bro and sis, HARD LESSONS and EXPENSIVE MISTAKES. Adi naman sa katapusan ang pagbasol bro, wa na ta mahimo kani, bisag kanus-a pa nato pagbasol wa na gyud. Wa na jud ko magduda bro kay naglaum man ko na dili magbinuang ang "girl seller." I think dili sya active here in istorya but I know she has an account here kc she'd PM when I posted my LOOKING AD.

I know her name, face book account, email address, But I am afraid I caNNOT give it here, as I also protecting her security and privacy, sabi nga ninyo, we cannot condemned her so easy. I am still giving here the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, makikilala nyo lang sya, pag sya mismo sumagot dito. Anyway, nandito na ito, CHARGED to experience nalang, kasakit intawon! hehe nakabili nga ako camera di ko naman nagamit, buti pa siguro "point-and-shoot" nalang binili ko o kaya BRAND NEW nalang guti lang diperensya... HELP ME NALANG MGA ISTORYAN FIND A NIKON TECHNICIAN who knew about nikon or solve the problem on this "Whitey" appearance on my shots/frame.

bro, if you've noticed, iv been very careful in sharing the experience here, as you can see i blame NO one here even the seller, I just shared everything that transpired from start to end. Dili ma to pag generalize sa tanan seller, wa man ko ingon ana, gi-share ko lang, experience para intawon maging careful lahat dito sa forum. I am not even posting the identity of the seller for we do not certain yet if she knew the "hidden defects" so I am giving her the benefit of the doubts.

Pasensya na bro kung wala ako makatubag dayon sa imo post kay na disconnect ako smartbro for 2 days...

Kadtong nag ask na baka daw naguba sa ako sis sa travel. Bro, after gibayran, nag shot ang seller ng sample photo then gibalik sa box. Dili mugamit ang ako sis kay naa sya "point and shoot" camera and naka seal ang box.

Sometimes, sample photos are fake because the condition of the camera now is "sometimes perfect, sometimes defective shots." I'l try to post photos here for your comments.

Mga bro, again, i just shared this experience for everyone, not generalizing the istoryan seller. I still believe that Istoryan sellers are good, honest and credible. Please bear with me, if you don't like my experience posted here. Thanks mga bro/sis...
