when in season, i eat buriring nga gi inon-onan. i've tried adobong palaka (pampanga style), monitor lizard (tastes like chicken except the texture), deep fried locust (also in pampanga), and my most exotic dish - guinea pig nga murang gi-inasal. looks exactly like a rat but tastes like leschon baboy.
