I respect Prof Cecil Arillo and his side of the story. I'm not a "yellow fever" victim, and we shouldn't be a fan or shall i say slaves to a particular president or administration.. While i didn't support GMA and abhor its admin's corrupt practices, i had nothing to say but praises and thanks to her economic reforms and infrastructure projects especially here in central luzon.. We should not use Prof Arillo's work to discredit Cory and say FM regime was better.. That's plain twisted!
