you need to have good troubleshooting skills and good knowledge of computers if you will be profiled at dell
problem is that the program is too complex for the new agents coming in
too much workload to the agents as what my friends tell me they have a lot of scrubbing works daw and annoying reminders of opened cases
mediocre salary for too much deliverables
management does not know how to handle people
much of what i have heard from my friends not only from dell account that they are giving cite here and there for things that are not justifiable
i dont know what really is a cite but it is somewhat like an infraction / warning to an agent or to a team leader
i have heard from my friend na tl sa xbox and dell account that they have been issued a level 2 cite for non performance of team for just one month data

i was once an employee (Legacy Etelecare only) but not from Stream

the pay was good before because we could get quarterly incentives and commissions depending on your performance for that quarter

ang mga datu na mga etel agents before naa sa dell na account coz their salary as agents could go as
19,440 TSR2
23,000 TSR3
27,000 TSR4
30,000 TSR5

performing ni kaau ang dell na program before thats because the agents always aim for promotion and high quarterly incentives (of course kinsa man dili ganahan magtrabaho every quarter there's a performance appraisal)

ang TSR5 na agent pareha lang sweldo sa TL before

but now as the company merged (kunuhay) with stream a lot of people have resigned since and most of those people that have resigned are from the dell account. those people that have stayed with the company for a long time. those people that are ranked TSR 3 4 and 5 resigned.

and yes i can't deny that most of those people who have resigned from the dell account are now in singapore and they are earning at least 4-5 times their basic salary and they are very happy now with their current jobs
