    Default RCBC Offer

    Naghimo kog account sa RCBC kai makahatag silang Credit Card maski wala pakay tenureship sa trabaho. Naay 3.5% interest billed within a month. They charge Php 350 if your savings account goes less than 500 pesos. They offer the first year for free when they approve your application.

    Karon ni-offer ang agent ug NAVPSCU (ambot basta naa rana nga letters) or UICTIV ... Ambot oi! wa may legend ilang acronyms!

    The minimum is 10,000.00 ang minimum. As of what was written the interest is 1.2885% nakabutang. She made a tabulation nga;

    10,000 (divided by 1.2885)
    7760.963

    Tapos if it rose to 1.2995 (hopefully) they could make your deposit 10k++ (forgot the actual number)

    Kinsay ka gets ani? Nangutana kog naa pa bay laing stocks or something ingon siya mao rana. She's not familiar with RCBC EZ-Trade pero naa daw silay Mutual Funds. How do you do it?

    Actually, its a UITF. Unit Investment Trust Fund. It's similar to mutual fund but the difference are...mas mahal ang UITF compare to mutual funds.

    I don't think it will be accurate if you only say na ang difference is.... mas mahal ang uitf.

    Actually similar ra na ang duha in a sense that it involves pooled funds of the public. Ang MF kay offered by mga investment companies while ang UITF kay offered by banks and managed by their trust departments. Ang mga MF kay regulated by SEC while ang UITF kay regulated by Bangko Sentral. (Pero just last month naay new rules ang BSP sa Trust Corporations) Similar ra sad na ang duha sa fees.

    Actually, halos pareha ra ang results sa duha. Lisud i-ingon unsay mas maayo between MF ug UITF. In fact, there's no correct answer. Ang sakto na question is - unsa sa mga MF ug UITF ang nindot ug performance?

    Di ko katubag, pero I think sa other thread naay table didto sa performance sa mga funds. Good luck.

    kanang 1.2885 is not an interest rate but it's Net Asset Value Per Unit (NAVPU).

    Let's say you invest Php 10,000.00 in UITF, a NAVPU of that day is 1.2885. You divide your 10k by 1.2885.

    Shares = 7760.963

    Bro wizardjamex, indulge us. Unsay imong ma recommend na MF or UITF karon?

    Naka sulti lang ko ani nga mahal ang UITF compare sa MF, because sa UITF man gud. Ang pinakalowest nga initial investment kay 10K ug mahal sad ang add-on.

    Naa man bank offer 25k for inital investment. Kung mag additional ka...25k sad.
    Mao ni ako nabasahan website sa bank nag offer ug UITF.

    Sa MF, ang lowest inital investment is 5k. Kung mag additional ka then 1k lang.

    Mao na nakasulti ko.... Sa ako lang na nahibaw-an boss.

    @boss dodongisputing

    Am not sure sa UITF kay wala ko kahibalo unsa'y best UITF. Pero according sa uban website: No 1 ang Unionbank.

    source : Philippine UITF 2010 Performance Report : PinoyMoneyTalk.com – Make Money Online, Stocks, Forex, Mutual Funds Philippines

    About sa MF, FAMI, Philequity, PhilAm Asset Management Funds. Ok ra ang past performance nila but dili ni guarantee for future.
