this this for the employee also, you should love your work also coz lahi jud imong output if you love your work. If you work jst for the sake of money then wl can't achieve good output!.. let me set you a good example: I saw this in the parking lot somewhere in ayala or SM? one dispatcher bna? most of his passenger esp women iyang payungan regardless sa weather! what happen is, instead of ang pasahero mo byad lang sa plete mu kuha pud og extra money pra niya! And the story won't end that of course, if i am the passenger adto jud ko niya coz he showed extra care for his customer!.... that is a good example....
