oh.. before anything ill post ang cons sad

1. due to the router handling file transfers via network, slow inig balhin sa files nimo from the usb drive to your pc.

2. if you dont have a ups connected sa imo router, sometimes inig brownout, mabuang ang firmware. a restart will usually cure it but sometimes, you need to reinstall ang utilities. at first nahasulan ko but got used to it and its fine now.

Wow this is so cool.... i checked cnet na the main purpose of the USB is for printers.

This provides a better way to conserve electricity but this does not reject the idea that we still need a PC

akong intel atom mo measure man gud og 30Watts wala monitor pataas.

nya akong celeron M nga notebook kay mo measure ra og 20Watts kapin.

Samot na tingale ka minus if netbook na gamiton. wala pa ko kasuway.


another option bro, NAS QNAP-TS-210. naa ni syay torrent client pero wala pa nako testingi kay sa company man ni. Power saver jud ni. Rated below 10Watts ra.

Install Linux, Enable WebUI. Pwede pa gamitong pang-browse na PC at a very-very low energy consumption.

Kung naa pay extra budget, buy a low profile video card then plug it to your TV. Dump your old DVD player and make your torrent rig as your home entertainment device
