mao lage pero sa birth certificate gd ang ipa register ang parents sa bata kai ang name sa grandparents sa bata. Mugawas sibling ra sya sa iya kaugalingong anak.

i think false representation carries a maximum penalty of 6 years in this case.

the parents can only do that legally if they process legal adoption. but the baby will still be recorded as your friend's baby irregardless.
