duhhhh, kung ang malacanyang naa pa sa cebu, asa ko mo-too na maka-gawas si marcos sa pilipinas,
na-among ra mn ta, sa mga taga-kaulohan gud,
kung ari pa lang ang malacanyang, patuli ko ug usab kung ang mga taga pasil, taga mandaue taga talisay dili ihawoon si marcos ug ang iyang pamilya .,.it would have been a bloody revolution, and that revolution would not be taken for granted, matod pa ni mao tse tung "a revolution is not a picnic" seryoso dapat ang revolution, dili hatag ug buwak, hatag ug pagka-on, tan-aw ang epekto karun , wala ra, de buh?
the Philippines is a nation of dysfunctional people.. i simply agree..
Bongbong's recent statement trying to magnify, dignify or should i say glorify his father's regime is sending a warning to every filipino. The works of a Marcos trying to indirectly rewrite history to the ever forgetful pinoys suffering from selective amnesia and those younger generations who haven't experienced what really happened back in those days.. I'm less critical and more forgiving with Bongbong than his parents, but his recent comments about his father's regime, for me is sending a very very bad signal to everyone and lots of chill down my spine.. Nag question na hinuon ko how different he is from his dad or just the carbon copy??
Maypa naghilom nalang unta sya..
you cant blame him for saying those words about his father for the reason that he is the son of marcos. ang anak wa nay bati nga maistorya sa iyang parents even if his parents are the worst persons in the entire universe.
like PNOY, he is always saying good about his mother but if imo tan awon, wala man pod nabuhat iya mama after nakaupo as president, same silang duha. gaagad lang sa lang mga advisers. titular lang ang ilang pagka presidente...
but still, understandable lang na that sons/daughters always idolize their parents...
nice article! i wish everybody can read it..
You have a point and kinda agree with that. But going past beyond as a senator, whatever his ambitions will be for 2016, if he seeks a higher office or the highest office, then he should prove his sincerity to the people.. Whether he likes it or not, he will be confronted and forced to take a stand or position regarding a whole range of issues left by his parents including the ongoing litigation of countless cases against his family.. He will face two options, he can:
1. Repent and ask forgiveness to the filipino people on behalf of his father's regime for all the atrocities, human rights abuses committed during the martial law era. Admit they committed a systematic way of stealing people's money out of state coffers, and he should take a lead in facilitating the return and recovery of those "loot" back into our government.
OR
2. Continue to magnify his parent's "greatness and achievements," his father was the greatest president, the widespread human rights abuses did not happen and it was just a hoax/frame up or a make up story perpetrated by the leftists and their political enemies. He will reiterate his family's stand there is no such thing as marcos loot, my dad got his riches when he discovered the yamashita treasure! They should have told that in the court proceedings...
Medyo taas taas na, but whatever it is, bongbong was old enough to know.. It's up to the filipino people to decide this coming 2016...
