pangutan-a sa unsa naka cause ngano nag self pity cya... if there is a way ma eliminate ang cause buhata. depende mana sa situation. like self pity sya sa iyang. appearance, having bad relationship with his/her workmates, having huge amount of debts, sudden loss of love-ones etc.. then let them vent out. then empathize never sympathize kay tingali mo apil sd kag hilak.. na kamo nang duha..
