use express scribe to play the audio, follow callgraph's instructions, take your time, use all your 2 hrs for the test to check if everything is correct, use a reliable headset most preferably over/around-ear headsets..personally i don't use over/around-ear headsets, i use bose in-ear, it sounds the same with an around-ear, just use a reliable headset..

Just like any other company it's their prerogative to accept or decline your application, but unlike those companies, you can always reapply as many times as you want.

I have found another way... sometimes they change all the 10 test files so that it would be easier for you to encode. So far so good but it was my first time and luckily though I have touch typing skills or I will surely fail at that time..... never thought this would be so hard. anyways just for the heads up for people who are having a hard time at the test files. I hope I passed though or ive wasted my 350 lol..
