removing the Second Hard Drive:

Establishing Image.


Loosen the three captive screws securing the hard drive bracket to the system.


Use the tab to pull the hard drive bracket upward and remove it from the system.


Remove the four screws securing the hard drive bracket to the hard drive.


Remove the hard drive bracket from the hard drive.

removing the Coin-Cell Battery:

Establishing Image.


Push the system battery inwards to release from the battery socket.


Remove the system battery from the system.


Complete.

removing the Graphics Card MXM Fan:

Establishing Image.


Disconnect the Graphics Card Fan cable from the system.


Loosen the three captive screws securing the Graphics Card Fan to the system.


Lift the bottom edge of the Graphics Card Fan upwards.


Remove the Graphics Card Fan from the system.


Complete.

removing the Graphics Card Thermal Assembly:

Establishing Image.


Remove the two screws securing the Graphics Card thermal assembly to the system.


Grasp the edge of the Graphics Card and gently lift upward.


Remove the Graphics Card thermal assembly from the system.


Complete.

removing the Graphics Card :

Establishing Image.


Remove the four screws securing the Graphics Card thermal unit to the Graphics Card.


Remove the four screws securing the Graphics Card thermal unit to the Graphics Card.


Remove the MXM support plate from the back of the Graphics Card.


Complete.

removing the CPU Fan:

Establishing Image.


Disconnect the CPU fan cable from the system.


Loosen the three captive screws securing the CPU fan to the system.


Remove the CPU fan from the system.


Complete.

removing the CPU Thermal Unit:

Establishing Image.


Loosen the four captive screws securing the thermal unit.


Lift the heatsink upwards.


Lift the thermal unit towards the bottom of the system to remove.


Complete.

removing the Processor:

Establishing Image.


Turn the processor socket screw 180 degree to the open position.


Remove the processor from the system.


Complete.
